★★★★★★★★★★ Nice Shade - Good QualityI purchased this shade to reduce the direct sunlight off my deck. It arrived in perfect condition and was pretty easy to install. It functions well and appears to be good quality. There are a couple of things that prevent it from earning 5 Stars: 1) The instructions for routing the cord that raises and lowers the shade are poor. You'll be able to figure it out, but it'll take some time; 2) The hook/cleat that's used to tie the cord is plastic. Mine broke easily... not a very big deal. I bought a metal cleat from the home improvement store, for a couple of dollars and it's working great; 3) Finally, the material doesn't block enough sunlight, so it's not a functional, for me, as I hoped. The texture is attractive, but I would have preferred more light-blocking.Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.4 people found this helpful
