I like the sunshade! I installed it on my patio to help block the sun so I can sit outside and enjoy nature more often. It does a great job of reducing the heat I feel as it blocks the sun and provide great shade. I love being outside now. The material is sturdy and seems of good quality. It arrived as described. I have no issues so far and I have had it for almost 2 months now. So worth it!

… for providing summer shade over the outdoor patio table. The SIZE is essential. There are many sails on the market. Most are too small, because, as we know, the sun moves. It takes a triangular 24ft. long, on each side, raised to the height of about nine feet, to provide the right amount of shade for several hours.Also, the thickness of the E&K sail is appropriate, blocking much but not all of the sun. The previous one I had was attractive, but both too small and too thin.Before the one that was too small and too thin, I had a reasonable one that was a couple feet shorter and just as thick. After about three years, the New Mexico winds finally ripped out the reinforced corners. The three corners are MUCH better on the E&K sail, with a strengthened A-ring and reinforced steel cable. Maybe it will last five years. Here’s to hoping…The sail weighs more than 11 pounds. It is a lot to support in the wind. I took the existing hooks out of the house and adjacent fence and put in much stronger ones.This is a Vine Program offering. As such, I did not receive the turnbuckles and associated screws and reinforcing plates. They sell for $12. I strongly recommend purchasing them. I just did. The turnbuckles are essential for maintaining the tension in the ropes. They will take the sag out the sail, as one can see from the accompanying pictures.The Vine Program sent me the sand-colored sail which I found to be more yellowish than what is pictured on the Amazon webpage. I prefer the one that I received, and feel it nicely complements the desert-rose stucco on the home and wall.As for the price of $107, given the size and the quality of the construction, it is excellent value for the money – particularly if it lasts the aforementioned five years. 5-stars.

This sunshade from E&K has kept our patio considerably shadier and cooler. Overall, this is a well designed and well constructed product. It arrived with no rips or other issues, and quickly de-wrinkled from the package. After being installed, it has withstood rainstorms and high winds without tearing or coming down (although be sure you have installed it securely). The material feels very durable, but it also has a wide enough weave to let some rain drip through, which is important in heavy storms so the shade is not pulled down by the weight of the water. The one other thing I would note to any buyers is that this particular color is a little more yellow, and a little less neutral, then I had anticipated based on the product image.
