★★★★★★★★★★ Permeable round pool cover. Adjustable to 10' diameter with some work.This cover is made of Polyethylene fabric with a textiles woven in an open cell that is very permeable. The material is the same of the sunshade sails that I have protecting the pool area. I expect this to last much longer that the original Intex pool cover that usually lasts about one year in this Sunny and wet region.Do not get this cover if you're expecting it to protect the pool from dust, roof rain overrun or any other small debris. But if you want to protect it from leaves, toys and other things from falling into the water.As the description reads, the diameter of the cover is 14 feet. On a 10 feet pool, there are 2 feet around that go over its edges and help tie the cover low enough to keep it in place. The steel wire is long enough to tie a 12 feet pool easily. For the 10 feet pool, the excess wire needs to be handled (it is required to adjust the cable tying system on both ends: the crank and the end-point). The kit you receive comes with both tools that are required for this adjustment (an Allen key and a hex wrench).After just a week of use during winter it is difficult to estimate the durability of the fabric and the sewing materials and craftmanship. I will re-visit this review in a few months to comment on this quality after being exposed to the pool chemicals, Sun, wind, cold and continuous humidity. I will also make additional comments about the steel wire which is not jacketed.
